Very quiet place to live and visit
Too expensive and park is dirty
used to be kept up well but like a lot of older parks it's slowly declining in quality, still ok for a park in this area, i would rent from them if i had a trailer, rent is not too bad , not a lot of parking available for each trailer, some have double parking area but the majority are single.
The yards are well maintained you get a beautiful view of the river!
Nice area but lot rent increases every year
