Smells like mold. Roof was leaking in multiple places. Floor is buckeling and feels spongey in multiple places. Poor to non-existant lighting. 3 bulbs for 2000 sq ft is not nearly enough. What i could see was very dirty. Unorganized and severely overpriced. Felt physically unsafe due to building condition. Will not be back.
Plenty of stuff, just make sure you're wearing a hazmat suit if you plan on stopping by.
