Bought a 2010 dodge grand caravan a few weeks ago. It had some issues with the a/c the service team took the time to trouble shoot the issue replacing quite a few parts they even replaced the wheel bearing. Everyone there was respectful and very helpful the van runs and drives top notch. Seeley has recieved a bad rep for selling junk vehicles. But the sales team and garage staff seem driven to change that out look thank you for the beautiful family vehicle i will buy here again.
Purchased a 2011 Subaru Legacy, the car was in great condition, Our sales person Chandler even drove the vehicle to us and took care of paperwork after hours. The rear bearings were making noise and Chandler was a stand up guy and took care of the issue no problem. I would recommend this dealership. Just be mindful of what you are doing ask the good question's with no problems.
I went to test drive a Chevy Tracker yesterday. I had been communicating via email with their salesmen Mike. The emails I received from him were short, and seemed pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I didnt have many miles on my lease left, but decided to drive the 2 hours to see the car anyways because of the great things Mike told me about it. I got there and immediately test drove it. The car was smooth and seemed in great condition. But Seeley went to great lengths to cover up the major issues the car had. There was a sizeable oil leak and condensation in the oil pointing to coolant getting into the engine. There was a great amount of rust, which for being 14 years old is understandable. But worrisome that the dealer tried to cover that up. I wasn't looking for a car in perfect condition, but rather just a reliable vehicle that I wouldn't have to put thousands of dollars into. The salesmen seemed frantic, and intimidated that I noticed these issues. It seemed he was surprised that I could see these major issues, and inspected the car better than their mechanics. In a snarky and surprised tone, he asked "What, did you get on the ground to look at it??" Of course I would, and I am glad I did. When I brought up these issues he continually tried to dismiss my concerns, and instead of focusing on the major issues, he would revert back to fixing the minor issues, completely ignoring the major problems I brought to his attention. I am very disappointed with Seeley Auto, and won't be returning.
